Why Trovio needs Instagram access
Your Trovio digital agent uses your Instagram data to:
Learn about you as a creator and understand your unique voice
Analyze your content performance and audience engagement
Provide personalized insights and strategic recommendations
Identify monetization opportunities specific to your niche
Without this connection, your digital agent can't deliver the customized guidance that makes Trovio valuable.
What Trovio does NOT do
We want to be crystal clear about what access means:
We NEVER:
Post on your behalf
Read your private messages or DMs
Modify any settings on your account
Access anything beyond what Instagram explicitly shows in the permissions
Your privacy & security
When you connect your Instagram account:
All permissions are clearly outlined on Instagram's "connect your account" page
Always verify the authorization page is directly from instagram.com for your own security
You remain in complete control of your account
You can disconnect anytime
If you ever decide you no longer want Trovio to have access, you can:
Disconnect from your Trovio dashboard, OR
Remove access through Instagram's Apps & Websites settings
Don't have Instagram?
Currently, Instagram is the primary platform Trovio supports for creator insights. If you're active on other platforms and want to see Trovio expand, let us know!
